Notice to Utility Customers:
We have been made aware of a printing error affecting some of the envelopes used to mail recent utility bills. While the bills themselves are correct, some envelopes were printed incorrectly with the wording “TAX STATEMENT ENCLOSED. INSTALLMENTS OR FULL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY JANUARY 31.” on the outside of the envelope.
Please be assured that this issue does not affect your account, your billing amount, or the due date of your payment. This was strictly a printing and mailing error.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we work with our printing vendor to ensure this does not happen again.
