Our Mission
The men and women of the Mt. Zion Police Department pledge to safeguard lives and property, reduce the incidence and fear of crime and enhance public safety. We will aggressively investigate crime and attempt to apprehend those responsible for crime while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Services provided include: Patrol, investigations, traffic enforcement, juvenile officer, school resource officer, DARE, elderly services officer, crime prevention, neighborhood watch, bike patrols, vacation checks, bicycle registration, animal control and licensing. Auxiliary Police: Qualified volunteers assist officers with various duties.
